  • Summary

The Co-Munity Camp dreams about creating a comfy, homey feeling, and functional space to host talks, workshops, games, and dance sessions.

    Full description of yer concept

The idea is to create a big communal and multifunctional space open to all borderlings where we can organize simultaneous talks and events, as well as offering spaces to be safe from the hot Danish sun.

To achieve these we're planning to use a big open tent ( to host yoga, contact improv, improv, dancing, cacao ceremonies, dance sessions, and perhaps big open workshops, and other events.
The big tent will be surrounded by three medium-sized tents, that we will decorate in different ways to become different spaces. These spaces will also be used to make workshops, small talks, and other more private events (i.e. meditation, massages, etc).

Purchased materials will be stored after the event in Stockholm and we plan to use it in future burns.

Moop plan (matter out of place)

This installation will be at the hear of the camp, but it should not produce MOOP.

Description Min amount (DKK) Max amount (DKK)
Transportation (rent a big van and drive from Stockholm) 8000

    What is this?

Hey friend! Welcome to the virtual drawing board of The Borderland. This is the place where we prototype the projects we'll realise during the week in the quarry.

    • Do you need electricity from the grid? How much in Watts? I don't know. It would be nice to have electricity to iluminate the space, give power to the sound systems, and little more.

    • Will there be light? Leds, lamps, other decorative things

    • Will anything BURN? No.

    • What is your audio footprint? Low. Perhaps we will host some dance sessions and have some DJs over on Friday/Saturday. But in general the idea is to have no music, or very little during certain hours.
