Showers for the Borderland, paid for by the Borderlings. Communally funded, communally made, communally used, like it or not - the showers are yours to use.
Do you like to get clean? Do you like taxes? Do you like your taxes to pay for your cleaning?
Do you like to be clean? Do you like to not pay per cleansing, but instead direct a small portion of your membership money towards a communal cleansing system? We provide a communal shower solution funded by the community itself, in stark difference from previous years when private contractors have charged outrageous sums for single showers, or even worse - when Borderlings have been required to bring and build their own shower systems (oh the horror!)
The idea is simple: Everyone that like this proposal gives us a number of grantlings, each representing roughly 30DKK, for us to build the showers. In that way we fund the showers collectively, by the community, for the community! You will be able to use the showers even if you do not direct your grantlets towards them (but they will not be able to clean away your shame.) This is the neat thing you see - the showers will be there even if you don’t want them to, and you will be able to use them even if you don't think Borderland should fund communal showers!
We will even build the showers without taking out profit! Just because we believe in our community, and in everyone's desire to contribute with what they have, and to be clean. Long live the community! Long live sharing! Long live collectively contributing to the common good via taxes!
The showers are essentially a hanging bucket you can pour over yourself, just like last years contraption. We will add a wheel-chair ramp, and a private booth for non-nudists. Easy peasy. Cleany beany.
Last year we ordered showers. This year we're building them ourselves.
People are asked to keep the showers clean. They are communal after all.

Hey friend! Welcome to the virtual drawing board of The Borderland. This is the place where we prototype the projects we'll realise during the week in the quarry.
