The Trip Stop Crew

  • Summary

A trip stop is a place along the road where you can have an energy-boosting pause before continuing your adventure. Two strategically located trip stops will be developed to meet the peculiar needs of disoriented Borderlings adrift on the roads of the BL.

    Full description of the concept

Last year we're spending Friday evening walking back and forward trying to orientate ourselves. While adrift trying to figure out where we were and where we wanted to go next, we felt a need for somewhere to sit before continuing our nocturnal adventure. This year we want to create spots along the road where Borderlings can rest their feet sitting on a comfy bench and refill their water bottles without entering a camp or deviating from their original path.

Two trip stops placed at strategic locations will make natural spots for you to connect with fellow travelers along the roads of the Borderland and spare you some of the discomfort of sore feet. At the trip stops you can have a set on a well-designed bench made out of a cut-down tree and refill your water bottle. Colorful road signs and a painted map of the quarry will help you orientate yourself and plan your next adventure among all the great wonders of the Borderland. To make your stop at one of the trip stops even more memorable you'll be able to share what ever is on your mind by leaving a note in one of the boxes collecting “real-time trip reports”. As a cherry on the cake, everything will be lighten up by colorful LED:s and neon paint.
