  • Summary

Come and get glittered! We will provide a space with lots of mirrors to beautify your already amazing self with lots of glitter!

    Full description of concept

It will be super :-) Come and glitter with your new and old friends, lovers and most importantly yourself :-) We will put up lots of small indian steel mirrors, create cosy lights - and make it possible for you to beautify yourself with lots and lots of glitter!

AND - we saw there will be only ONE glitter station. For 1500 people! (perhaps even more) So, in order to increase the odds of for all amazing Borderlings to have a glitter-station nearby - here is one more :-D

    About the group/Artist

Anna and Tobias have earlier hosted The glittery bubbling cava bar at ELS, and The glittery boosting cava bar at urban burn. In this project we´ll focus on the glitter :-D

    Team and plan

Tobias and Anna will team up with more borderlings to create this bubbling glitter station. The plan is to 1. Decide on the exact location of the glitter station, and who to do it with 2. Buy tons of glitter 3. Create the glitter-station at Borderland 4. Keep it nice and fresh during Borderland 5. Pack it together once Borderland is over.

Moop plan (matter out of place)

Containers of empty glitter tubes and bottles will most likely be there, and since we think people will hang out in the glitter station, we will provide garbage bags, to collect peoples garbage - if they bring any.

    Budget overview

Our idea is to mainly spend the money on the actual glitter, and use our own things - like lamps & mirrors & maybe some construction material..

How can other borderlings cocreate with you?

The idea for the construction around the glitter-station is still very vague, if you would like to co-create we would be super-happy for co-creators.

    What is this?

Congratulations! You've stumbled upon something special. Borderland is a participatory festival that takes place in Boesdal, Denmark. It's a fully participatory event where everything is created by the participants themselves, with out any spectators.

    • Do you need electricity from the grid? Yes - not very much, enough for one or two regular lamps

    • Will there be light? Yes illuminated. Some kind of light loops / christmas lights / or similar

    • Will anything burn? No

    • What is your audio footprint? Not that we know of. Perhaps we will build it somewhere where there already is lots of sounds and music etc :-)

    • Forces of nature We are ready for it!
